For those of you who followed the news of the legal case you will be happy to know that Patricia Wilbarger was granted the trademark on the term “Avanti” for use with camp programs for children with special needs and educational events related to sensory processing. We’re happy that common sense prevailed and we can focus on the more important aspects of the work we do.
